Once you have received your order, if you have any concerns/queries please contact us at 



Returns for Store Credit

If you have an item you wish to send back; to change the size or if you have changed your mind, please contact us.
You will then need to send your item back to us, please include a note inside telling us your name and order number.

Once we have received your item we will issue you with a store credit which you can then use to re-purchase in a different size or an alternative product.

We apologise we cannot guarantee that the product you need will be in stock due to high demand so this is why we cannot offer direct exchanges, however we will do our best to help you with any requests.

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item.

To qualify for a store credit, the items you are returning must be Undamaged, Unworn, Unwashed with all original labels attatched, in the same condition as you first received them.

Return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty items

Every item is personally checked before being sent out, so on the rare occasion that a fault is found, please email us and we will arrange for you to return the item at our cost, and for a replacement item to be sent out to you (if in stock) or a full refund.

Please notify us of a fault within 21 days of receiving. Any items sent back to us after the date will not be able to be processed.

Due to this, please ensure that you check you are happy with your items and there are no faults when you receive them.

*The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons: Socks & Tights, Underwear, Swimwear, Hair bows/ accessories, teething accessories.
